Weavewalk consumes melee energy while generating perched Threadlings. Weaver's Call weaves three Threadlings when you use your class ability and deploys the Threadlings already perched on you. Damage and kills also build perched Threadlings through its current effect.
Exiting Weavewalk with Rift connects the two: leave the weave, gain Woven Mail for yourself and nearby allies, then send your brood into the fight. Threadling hits generate ability energy through Weavewalk's current description.
The helmet's payoff
Rift becomes your control point.
With a Strand Super equipped, Deimosuffusion makes Rift casts suspend nearby combatants. Suspend deals damage over time that heals you; enemies breaking free take additional damage, and defeating suspended enemies also heals you.
Thread of Mind returns class energy from suspended-target kills. That supports the next Rift, which suspends and launches another wave of Threadlings. Euphony adds weapon-generated Threadlings between casts.

Your six-step weave loop.
Prepare your exit.
Keep Rift ready and enough melee energy for Weavewalk. Pick a position near a manageable enemy group with cover and a retreat route; do not commit to an exposed boss stomp zone.
Enter the weave.
While airborne, use your bound air-dodge input to activate Weavewalk. It spends melee energy and generates perched Threadlings over time. Use a short, purposeful visit, not an empty-meter sightseeing trip.
Exit into Rift.
Cast Rift at your chosen usable position to leave Weavewalk. The exit grants Woven Mail nearby; Rift triggers Deimosuffusion's nearby Suspend and Weaver's Call's three Threadlings plus perched deployment.
Feed the brood.
Resume attacking. Threadling hits feed ability energy, suspended-target kills feed Thread of Mind, and the helmet supplies healing through its Suspend effects. Throw Threadling Grenade for more immediate pressure.
Keep targets busy.
Use Euphony on durable targets to spawn more Threadlings, and your primary for ordinary enemies. Arcane Needle can unravel a priority target, but spends the same energy you need for the next Weavewalk.
Collect and reset.
Gather Orbs for charge, grenade energy, and healing. Recover Rift and melee energy before repeating. If the pack is already dead or Rift is unavailable, exit with air dodge in cover instead of forcing the combo.

Two aspects / Five fragment slots
Weaver's Call — 2 slots
Activating your class ability weaves three Threadlings and deploys perched Threadlings. Its current description also generates perched Threadlings through damage and target defeats.
Weavewalk — 3 slots
Air dodge while airborne to spend melee energy and enter the weave. It drains melee energy while generating perched Threadlings. Air dodge again or cast Rift to exit, granting Woven Mail to you and nearby allies. Threadling hits generate ability energy.
The current descriptions provide five slots in total. Mindspun Invocation and The Wanderer are not equipped: no charged Threadling Nest and no Wanderer suspending Tangles. Ordinary Threadlings do not inherently Suspend.
Core swarm damage
Thread of Evolution
Threadlings travel farther and deal more damage. Keep this as the foundation of the Threadling plan.
Rift recovery
Thread of Mind
Defeating suspended targets grants class ability energy. Turn the helmet's control window into progress toward the next Rift.
Suspend, unravel, and sever last longer on affected targets. Longer Suspend supports control and kill opportunities; do not assume it multiplies every helmet damage event.
Weapon-made allies
Thread of Rebirth
Strand weapon final blows have a chance to create a Threadling. A supplementary source, not a guaranteed summon from every kill.
Evolution's current modifier is +10 Super and Generation's is -10 Grenade; include all live fragment modifiers in final totals. Warding is not required for baseline Woven Mail because the selected Weavewalk already grants it on exit. Check its duration and your positioning rather than assuming permanent coverage.

Exotic helmet
Deimosuffusion
Malevolent Grasp: While a Strand Super is equipped, casting Rift suspends nearby combatants. Suspend deals damage over time that heals you. Targets that break free take additional damage; defeating suspended targets heals you a moderate amount.
The helmet makes your Threadling-deploying Rift a damage, control, and recovery action. Position for nearby targets, but never rely on suspending a boss that is immune to Suspend.
Exact range, healing, and damage values are not assumed here. No Mataiodoxia shield-piercing Needles or Swarmers Threadling-unravel effect is equipped.

Exotic Strand Special linear fusion
Euphony
Unwound: Sustained weapon damage spawns Threadlings at the target. Spindle: Threadling damage increases the weapon's damage, linking your summons to the weapon follow-up.
Save Special ammo for durable targets. Euphony occupies the Kinetic weapon slot but deals Strand damage; Strand Siphon and Strand Weapon Surge match it.
A Salvation's Edge raid Exotic. The current catalyst adds Enlightened Action for handling/reload utility; it is not required for the spawning loop.

Legendary companions
Routine kills and a practical Heavy.
Energy: No Hesitation, the Solar support-frame primary recommended below. Its damage-built resource supports hip-fired ally healing, with Physic for recovery utility. Save Special ammo for valuable Euphony targets.
Heavy: A Legendary Strand machine gun with Hatchling for dense waves, or an encounter-appropriate Strand damage Heavy. Match the range and actual job.
Without Euphony: Use a Legendary Strand primary with Hatchling in the Kinetic slot and a Legendary Energy Special. This preserves the core weave/Rift loop but loses Euphony's sustained-hit summons and Spindle.
The fallback does not require another Exotic. Replace Solar Siphon to match the actual Energy weapon or use an appropriate utility mod. Only one Exotic weapon may be equipped.
Three Legendary weapon picks / 2026 PvE.
Checked 23 October 2026. No Hesitation has an updated S-tier PvE recommendation; the linked comparison identifies The Ever-Present as a leading Strand Heavy option. Pro Memoria is a build-fit summon/utility choice, not a boss-DPS winner. These are not measured live usage rankings.

Physic + Chaos Reshaped
Current support pick for fighting between weave visits. Damage enemies, then spend restorative charge by hip-firing at allies. Physic is not a kill-reload Heal Clip trigger; support after exiting Weavewalk.
Hatchling adds summons from qualifying kills; Strategist instead helps class ability recovery through weapon kills for the next Rift. They occupy the same column and cannot be combined in one roll.
Boss-damage alternative when a wave-clearing machine gun is not the job. Damage with the other weapons to activate the rotation, then use the Heavy. Keep distance from nearby terrain and teammates.
Recommended stats / Full 0–200 scale.
Balanced target: 150 Grenade / 100 Class / 100 Melee / 50 Super. A 400-point planning spread across your four focus stats. This version invests in both Rift and melee recharge because they drive the chosen aspects, rather than blindly copying the nest build's allocation.

These are targets, not verified inventory totals. Include fragment modifiers and tuning in final character-sheet values, keep the four-piece bonus and resistance mods, and leave room for Health and Weapons. The cap is 200 per stat, not a requirement to maximize all four. More melee damage above 100 is not automatically more Weavewalk fuel.

Artifact priorities.
Conditional bonuses
Support the actual loop.
Horde Shuttle, if available: Historically creates Threadlings while damaging unraveled enemies. Arcane Needle can supply unravel, but keep enough energy for Weavewalk.
Counter Energy, if available: A Champion-stun energy reward can help recover an undercharged ability.
Otherwise prioritize current Threadling, Strand weapon, class/melee energy, Orb, and defensive perks that match your gear.
Champion plan
The helmet does not cover everything.
Unstoppable: Suspend is relevant, but obey stun windows and the helmet's nearby range requirement.
Barrier and Overload: Bring valid weapon, artifact, or teammate counters. These Arcane Needles do not have Mataiodoxia's anti-Barrier property.
Bosses may resist or ignore Suspend; keep an encounter-appropriate ranged damage plan rather than forcing close Rift casts.
Artifact effects are passive unlocks, not armor-slot mods. Do not pick incompatible Super-element or weapon requirements.
06 /
Armor mods: Rift out, energy back.
Reliable weapon Orbs and Reaper feed your pickups. Outreach uses the core Rift action to support the melee energy needed for the next Weavewalk. Do not rely on uncertain Threadling kill attribution for the baseline.

Solar Siphon Strand Siphon Heavy Ammo Finder
Rapid direct weapon kills of the matching element generate Orbs. Finder supports Heavy economy; autonomous Threadling kills are not all automatically Siphon weapon kills.
ArmsExodus Down Gloves
Focusing Strike Impact Induction
Arcane Needle damage supplies class and grenade energy when you choose to spend a Needle. Entering Weavewalk is not a melee-damage hit and does not trigger these by itself.
Reduce relevant incoming damage, including threats outside your suspension range. Weavewalk is not a substitute for appropriate resistances.
LegsExodus Down Boots
Strand Weapon Surge Innervation Recuperation
Buffs Strand weapon damage and enables timed charge decay. Orb pickups give grenade energy and immediate personal healing.
Class itemExodus Down Bond
Outreach Powerful Attraction Reaper
Rift use returns melee energy and collects nearby Orbs; your next weapon final blow after class ability use generates an Orb.
Armor Charge plan
Orbs feed more than a surge.
With the surge equipped, Orb pickups grant Armor Charge. Gaining charges and their timed decay both interact with Exodus Down. Reaper and your primary's Siphon help supply dependable Orbs.
Strand Weapon Surge supports Euphony and your Strand Heavy. It is not a universal ability-Threadling or Needlestorm multiplier. No charge means no surge benefit; no active Warding means Orb pickups alone do not grant Woven Mail in this version.
Do not casually add Kickstart spenders that compete for the charges. The baseline uses Thread of Mind, Weavewalk's hit-energy effect, recharge stats, and Outreach for the core loop.
Energy budget and trigger checks
Preserve the loop before perfect totals.
No Firepower or Ashes to Assets is required: Threadlings can come from multiple sources, not all with grenade-kill attribution.
Use the displayed mod costs. Two Siphons plus Finder may require a small helmet stat mod or dropping optional Finder.
Fill gaps toward 150 Grenade / 100 Class / 100 Melee / 50 Super, including Generation's penalty.
Check your actual air-dodge bind. Do not confuse the melee-energy cost of Weavewalk with needing to hit something using the melee button to enter it.

Tell your friends this.
"I'll build the brood in Weavewalk, then Rift out near the wave to suspend it and launch the Threadlings. Stay nearby for the Woven Mail exit buff when safe. I'll call the exit; don't assume every enemy or boss can be suspended."
What is not in this loadout
No Mataiodoxia, Swarmers, Mindspun nests, or Wanderer Tangle bursts. Those are different builds. This one is explicitly Deimosuffusion + Weaver's Call + Weavewalk.
